In four weeks of practice he feels safer to walk without his cane and has started to lose "some of the fat".
Many of our students are Veterans, in fact we have every branch of the military represented here.
Our facility is downstairs on Veterans Day at 3824 Barrett Drive, 27609 : RSVP if you plan to come.
The Veterans Free Health-Form Tai Chi Class will focus on:
Calming The Mind
Balance
Using the Fundamental of our Reeling Silk Tai Chi Program
Armistice Day
In honor of the day, this year, the Free Reeling Silk Tai Chi class will be held at the exact same time as the original Armistice Day; on the 11th of hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th. month.
Armistice Day represents the day that the fighting ceased at the end of World War I. During history the Name of the Day changed to observe all those who have served or serving in our military.
We know that the price of freedom is not easility obtained and appreciate their effort. We wanted to offer at least something to anyone that has served an opportunity to come in and participate in a Tai Chi Class.
