Private Lessons

Tibetan Kung Fu Policy on Private Lessons: August 20, 2010

We look forward to working with you in your private lessons.

Most of our Private Students have been training with us for 2 - 4 years. We are used to maintaning long term relationships with our students.

Your time is very important to you and we will make sure your time with us makes the most of your investment.

We enter our relationship with the expectation of mutual respect, and we understand that life happens and something last minute can come up.

Time Windows

We want to be effective, so seeing you is important. We prefer to see clients once/week, but in some cases we see students twice/week and some of our long term clients twice/month.

1. One time - Once a one time session is paid for, we expect to see you within 30 days from the time it was paid.

2. Three Sessions - Expires 60 days after it was paid for.

3. Ten Sessions - The ten sessions expires 5 months after date that it was paid for; that equals twice/month.

Late / Cancellations

If you let us know in the beginning about your particular schedule needs and required flexibilities, we can accomodate you.

1. If we are late the appointment will continue to finish at its regular time and is free.

2. If you are late the appointment will finish at its regular scheduled time. If we don't have another appointment we will try to accomadate you.

3. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, the first time we will reschedule without penalty, if last minute cancelations/reschedules becomes a trend we will discuss what we may need to do.

** REMEMBER: We want you to learn, so anytime you have a private lesson you may attend class during that same week at no fee. **

We have seldom ever had to exercise these policies, but we want to ensure that equal expectation is presented.

Your payment represents an acknowledgement of these terms.
