We are very fortunate to have developed a wonderful relationship with
the good folks of Hands
- On - Health in Cary.
Through this relationship we are now providing a six-week Tai Chi course in their facility. Jean Rowe, our Certified Instructor is leading this course that is designed for beginners, novices and refreshers.
The course will have a steady pace with the details and the reasons why to practice. There will also be ample time to ask questions during sessions and after, if needed.
