3 Week Self Defense Course

As a civilian, you have the right to protect yourself from hostile acts. Life Protecting Skills are the essentials of surviving a potentially painful or life threatening situation.

This is a fundamental Self Defense Course; this is NOT a martial arts course. The techniques are not complicated and you will have control of how active you want to be in the lessons.

In this Course we will cover:

Awareness of the Criminal Mindset

Strategies for Self Protection



Pre-Emptive Movement

Post Engagement

"We want you to have the best chance of escaping, unharmed."

One important component of our Self Defense Course is that encompasses a syllabus that is recommended by the World Combat Association


When: 3 week course starts, Saturdays, Jan 9th, 10am – 11am

Where: 3824 Barrett Dr, Raleigh

Cost: $60 per person

Other: - Wear loose clothing so you can move

Bring a notepad if you like to take notes

Monthly Practice Class

There is also a monthly Self-Defense Practice Class each month so that you can keep your skills freshened. Check the Calendar for next one, it is usually the 4th Saturday of the month. The Practice Class is Free to Full Student Members and $10 for non-members.
