As a civilian, you have the right to protect yourself from hostile acts. Life Protecting Skills are the essentials of surviving a potentially painful or life threatening situation.
This is a fundamental Self Defense Course; this is NOT a martial arts course. The techniques are not complicated and you will have control of how active you want to be in the lessons.
In this Course we will cover:
Awareness of the Criminal Mindset
Strategies for Self Protection
Avoidance
De-escalation
Pre-Emptive Movement
Post Engagement
Leah Newkirk
"I have participated in several self defense classes in the past. Unlike my past experiences, these classes will take you through various mindsets of attackers and discussions of 'what would you do' and 'what should you do". And, you'll learn simple techniques to escape the attack, not complicated techniques you'll forget the next day. A must do series of classes that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to protect yourself and to be safe."
