We often get lost in the what appears to be “separate issues”. With some reflection, and “Quieting the Heart”, we can find thread that will point to Common Denominators.

When learning kungfu, whether for martial, medical or health,
you have to be able to slow your mind down enough to see the links. -

How we find the common denominator can vary, thats why I take each
person individually in the journey.
The tools we use to get there are similar, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, BaGua Walking, and Quieting the Heart meditation.

3 Phases and 9 Stages of Mind Training
Phase 1 - Stabilization of your mind is most critical. Without it, you can wobble (my laymen way of saying it) when you need to be firm.
The main ingredient for training your mind is consistency. I share other attributes that will compliment consistency. Then other ingredients that get us through Phase 1 - Stabilization

Our student these past couple years, who works hard had a pleasant surprise for us today. He came in and said he had authored a book and that we needed to check it out on Amazon. His book was listed with 5 stars when we saw it, and there we were. In the Acknowledgements. Wow!! What an honor.
What can I tell you about Brian Dunn?
- He researches like no tomorrow
