The Calm Water Mindfulness Course was built from the ground up.

The Course is 7 sessions.

First 2 sessions are in back to back weeks (make sure we jump start)

then next 5 session can be spread out over 7 weeks. Giving you more flexibility.

Convenient Schedule for different time zones and locations. : You work at your pace.
